at the end of march we celebrated phil's 32nd birthday. here is the face ethan made in response to his daddy's age.
for some reason ethan kept making this face before singing the happy birthday song. maybe he was just eyeing the huge strawberries and white chocolate decoration.
two out of three facing the camera isn't bad.
we have never taught ethan how to blow out the candles, and he hasn't been to that many birthday parties (not that we know of anyways). how do kids just know these things?
this could have been phil and his father thirty years ago...those are some really strong genes.
Ethan LOVES to blow out candles! When we were taking care of him, we sung the birthday song about a million times, and he pretended to blow out the candles of these little (cigarette smoking) cupcake figurines that i have. Then we FOBed it up and yelled 'ho yeh, ho yeh!' and clapped. Ethanie, Auntie Mimi will take care you ANYTIME! Happy Birthday, Phillenium!
